Ally’s No Tomato Sauce

Ally's No Tomato Sauce Close UpPersonally, being intolerant to tomatoes makes this gorgeous little jar of sauce the best thing in the cullinary world.  It tastes like tomatoes, looks like tomatoes, can be used in cooking to replace tomatoes but contains NO TOMATOES! Woohoo!

My son has multiple Anaphylaxis causing food allergies, tomato being one of them, at the age of 6 months he almost died when I fed him baby food with tomato in. I have always felt he is missing out when his friends have spag-bol. and pizza .Then I found your site this morning and miracle of miracles none of the ingredients are his ‘danger foods’ I have just placed our first order and eagerly wait for their arrival.

I’m in the same boat as Kirsteen. I was so excited to discover your sauce but am also terribly allergic to lemons. If you do ever create a version without citrus, please let me know as well! Thank you :-)

I used to use Nomato too and had thought about trying to replicate it, seems like I don’t have to now. Looking forward to trying this, will be different from Nomato however as the ingredients are different. Good luck with the business.

Oh No! I’re just read the ingredients again and this contains celery… I can’t eat celery either… ARGGHHHHHH. I might have to buy a jar just to test. Gutted! If you make any tomato free products without celery please let me know.

I am so excited about trying your product. I only discovered it today thanks to Michelle Merrett of Allergy Essex. I used to use Nomato but that went out of business but having a tomato sauce replacement will be such a treat. Can’t wait to try it…

Oh no, I got so excited. I was diagnosed with an allergy to tomatoes and LEMONS!!! a few years ago and I have been desparate to find something that I can use instead of tomato sauce for chilli’s etc but your product has lemons in it. I could cry!! :-( If you ever decide to make one without lemon please let me know. Thanks.
