About Us

Ally’s Tomato-Free Sauce and Tomato-Free Ketchup are tomato free, vegetable based sauces that can be used as a direct replacement for tomatoes in a huge range of meals (you can find some recipes above).

We are a small home-based family business, making sauces and ketchups for our own use, and to  supply tomato alternative products to customers via our online shop.

Our products were designed as an alternative to tomatoes for those who are allergic or intolerant. Approximately 45% of the population in the UK have some kind of food allergy or intolerance (source: Allergy UK) yet often suffer throughout their lives as it can be difficult to diagnose and sometimes almost impossible as some doctors do not recognise food intolerance as a genuine medical problem.

Many “Free From” products are available in the supermarkets to cater for the majority of conditions such as diary or gluten allergies, however those suffering with less-known or harder to diagnose conditions are left to simply avoid the problem foods by removing them from their diet. As food allergy and intolerance awareness grows, our products are well placed to help alleviate the frustration of living with a tomato restricted diet.

I am so glad I found you site, I have suffered with tomato intolerance for years and have Gastro reflux following the birth of my daughter 8 years ago, combined with allergy to cows milk, eggs and intolerance to wheat.

I hope to receive my order soon, can’t wait to try it out.

    Best Wishes

Thanks Wendy! We hope you enjoy Ally’s No Tomato Sauce and ketchup as much as we do! Ally is 8 years old herself and loves being able to eat all her favorite foods that she would otherwise have to avoid. Last night we had spaghetti and meatballs in Ally’s No Tomato Sauce, and we have homemade pizza’s planned for the weekend! The tomato-free ketchup makes a great pizza sauce!

Thank you so much for your order. I can confirm it is on its way.

      Kindest regards.

Conrad (Ally’s Dad and tomato allergy sufferer). x
